John Rosenthal Speaks at The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 Event in Winston’s Washington, D.C. Office

Winston & Strawn eDiscovery and information management practice chair John Rosenthal joined a distinguished panel at a Sedona Conference event on April 23, 2015, in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The panel addressed challenges and practical solutions associated with the often competing demands of U.S. discovery obligations and other countries’ data protection regulations.

The panel also discussed the mission and activities of The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery, and Disclosure (WG6), of which Mr. Rosenthal is a participant. Other WG6 members who joined Mr. Rosenthal on the panel are U.S. District Judge Michael Baylson of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, global head of eDiscovery at Swiss Re Taylor Hoffman, and Todd Horst, executive vice president at Consilio.
