John Rosenthal Speaks at Georgetown’s 2018 Advanced eDiscovery Institute

On November 15, Winston & Strawn’s eDiscovery & Information Governance Practice Chair John Rosenthal participated in Georgetown University Law School’s annual Advanced eDiscovery Institute.

John moderated a group of distinguished federal judges in a session titled “Case Law Update,” which addressed key eDiscovery cases from 2018.

With nearly 30 years of trial experience, John litigates complex commercial, antitrust, and false advertising cases. John also has expansive experience in all areas of electronic discovery, privacy, information governance, and data breach.
