Jason leads the firm’s Los Angeles Labor and Employment Practice, where he represents major employers in their high-stakes employment matters. He is a trusted advisor to general counsel, boards of directors, and executive leadership on workforce risk, strategic business decisions, and sensitive governance issues. Jason defends employers in litigation, conducts confidential internal investigations, and counsels on employment compliance and senior executive separations.

A seasoned trial lawyer, Jason’s litigation practice centers on the defense of complex wage-and-hour class, collective, and representative actions, as well as wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims, where he regularly secures favorable defense verdicts for employers at trial.

Jason is widely recognized for his work on behalf of employers. The Los Angeles Business Journal named him one of the Top 100 Lawyers for 2026, and the Daily Journal named him a Top Labor & Employment Lawyer of 2025. He is also recognized in The Legal 500 US and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America.

Jason is a member of the Los Angeles Association of Business Trial Lawyers and is Chair of the Board of the Learning Rights Law Center. Jason’s pro bono work includes co-writing two amicus curiae briefs filed in the California Supreme Court, advising LA-area nonprofits on employment issues, seeking educational accommodations for children with learning disabilities, and obtaining guardianship for an unaccompanied minor seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
