Winston Represented South Reach Networks in Sale to Blue Owl
Winston represented Intermetro Fiber, LLC (d/b/a South Reach Networks (SRN)), a Florida-based fiber optic infrastructure provider, in its sale to a fund managed by affiliates Blue Owl Capital (Blue Owl). This acquisition will allow Blue Owl to provide incremental scale and deepen Blue Owl's existing fiber capabilities, adding major new builds across the network, and scale the business to meet the growing need for additional fiber optic network capabilities across SRN's dark and lit fiber optic infrastructure network which spans 370 miles from Jacksonville to Miami.

Kans Capital acquires stake in two hotels in the US
Winston & Strawn LLP advised Kans Capital Investments LLC (Kans), a Mexican private equity fund, in a joint venture arrangement with Castillo Funding, LLC (Castillo), whereby the parties have entered into an agreement to acquire U.S.-based Courtyard and Residence Inn hotels from Annemid PWDP, LLC. Under the terms of the all-stock transaction, Kans will hold 80% interest and Castillo 20% in the joint operations. The parties have also entered into new franchise agreements with Courtyard and Residence Inn, further solidifying the partnership.

Advised a telecom provider with its divestiture in Latin America
Winston & Strawn LLP (Winston) advised Grupo ON with its divestiture of 100% of Wi-Net Telecom S.A.C. (WIN) to Linzor Capital Partners (Linzor). WIN is a leading Peruvian telecom provider in residential fixed services. WIN offers high-speed broadband internet powered by fiber optic technology and directly serves 527 thousand clients through a proprietary FTTH fiber network spanning approximately 3 million homes.
