(Nasdaq: FARM), a leading roaster, wholesaler and distributor of coffee, tea and allied products, in its sale to Royal Cup, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of premium coffee and tea and portfolio company of Dallas-based private equity firm Braemont Capital, in an all-cash transaction.
