- Representation of a lender in connection with the financing and development of a solar photovoltaic (PV) array in California on 3,000-acres of public and private lands, which included state and federal permitting review.
- Representation of a lender in connection with the financing and development of a solar photovoltaic (PV) array project portfolio encompassing golf courses, landfills, carports, and rural land, which included federal permitting review.
- Representation of a lender in connection with the financing and development of an energy storage facility situated adjacent to cranberry bogs, which included federal permitting review.
