Precious focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation with additional experience in a range of transactional, securities, and corporate governance matters.
Precious Nwankwo is an associate in the New York office who advises clients on a broad array of executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Her practice focuses on the design and implementation of compensation-related arrangements, including equity incentive plans and executive employment and severance agreements. She advises publicly traded companies, boards of directors and compensation committees on the rules governing compensation-related disclosures, equity registration requirements and compliance with related rules under stock exchange listing standards.
Precious has also advised domestic and international clients on the executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and has maintained a practice advising corporate clients on employment issues, including personnel policies and employee handbooks.
