Regina focuses her practice on capital markets, securities filings and offerings, corporate governance, disclosure obligations and private equity transactions.
Regina is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office. Her capital markets experience includes representing both foreign and domestic issuers in primary debt and equity offerings, secondary offerings, at-the-market offerings, public and private high-yield and investment-grade offerings as well as take-private transactions. She also advises public companies on securities and corporate law matters, including SEC compliance, Exchange Act periodic reports, disclosure issues, stock exchange requirements and corporate governance. In addition, Regina has experience in both public and private mergers and acquisitions.
Regina received her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School in 2023 where she was Editor in Chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and part of the Women Law Students Association and International Law Society. She received her B.A. with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2019.
