In the past three years, we have advised on P3 deals, financings, acquisitions, and other investments concerning more than 15 projects. We have led transactions involving some of the most iconic venues, including the multi-billion-dollar construction and permanent financings for SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, the €1B renovation of Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (home of Real Madrid), the US$2B+ financing of the MSG Sphere performance venue in Las Vegas, and the award-winning financing for the construction of Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.

We have deep experience in the energy sector, having worked on projects focused on energy transition, sustainability, and climate change, including those that span the full complement of renewable and conventional resources. These projects include advising on several university-led distributed energy projects; the largest climate change/resiliency project in the world—the US$1.18B Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management project; and numerous projects involving generation and transmission assets.
