Winston Advises on the PFI Awards’ Americas Infrastructure Deal of the Year 2025

Winston & Strawn acted as an advisor on the deal that won the PFI Awards’ 2025 Americas Infrastructure Deal of the Year. The series is hosted by Project Finance International (PFI), one of the leading sources of global project finance intelligence.

Winston represented the underwriters, J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC and KeyBanc Capital Markets, Inc., in connection with the issuance by the Public Finance Authority of its US$3.438M Senior Lien Toll Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 for the financing of the Georgia SR 400 Express Lanes Project. The proceeds from the sale of the bonds will be loaned to SR 400 Peach Tree Partners, LLC, which is indirectly owned by ACS Infrastructure Development, Inc., Acciona Concesiones S.L. and funds managed by Meridiam Infrastructure. This Project’s landmark financing set a new U.S. benchmark for P3 infrastructure bond issuances.

This project also won The Bond Buyer's 2025 Deal of the Year Award in the P3 Financing category.

This win will be recognized during the 2025 PFI Awards Dinner at The Hilton on Park Lane in London on Thursday, February 19, 2026.
