Our team provides multi-jurisdictional advice across multiple legal disciplines, including corporate and finance transactions, M&A and private equity, antitrust/competition, and a wide range of disputes and related proceedings.

We enhance our clients’ transactions and disputes involving Spain and Spanish entities by leveraging our deep understanding of Spanish culture, laws, regulations, and the political and economic factors that shape Spanish trade, commerce, and foreign investment. Our team is led by experienced Spanish-speaking lawyers and includes practitioners with extensive experience living and practicing in Spain, including an attorney dual qualified in Spain and New York and the former U.S. Ambassador to Spain Julissa Reynoso. This unique combination of skills and insights adds significant value and perspective to our Spanish clients in connection with their international business activities.
