Evening Callback Interview Program in Chicago

This year the Chicago office took a fresh approach to interviewing candidates. As a convenient callback option, the Chicago office’s recruiting strategy was designed to make the interview process more efficient, productive, and engaging for candidates and Winston attorneys–compressing the entire interview and evaluation process into one (intense) day. In the initial year, the program was offered to students from Northwestern and the University of Chicago. Students arrived at the Chicago office for one of two interview sessions with Winston attorneys. A reception was also held with Winston interviewers and hiring committee members. Offer decisions were communicated the following day. Feedback from students and interviewers alike was very positive and the program will likely be expanded next year.
