A Winston team led by Justin Levy and Eric Kaufman represented GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm investing in industrial and service companies, in connection with the sale of Aero 3, Inc. to VSE Corporation (NASDAQ: VSEC), a leading provider of aviation aftermarket distribution and repair services. Headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire, Aero 3 is a diversified global Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) service provider and distributor supporting the commercial wheel and brake aftermarket. This transaction builds on GenNx360’s successful buy-and-build strategy.

LLC, as underwriters' counsel, in connection with the registered public offering by GATX Corporation of $200 million of its 5.500% Senior Notes due 2035 and $200 million of its 6.050% Senior Notes due 2054.

On November 18, 2025, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to temporarily stay implementation of California SB 261, the state’s corporate climate-related financial risk reporting law, while an appeal is pending related to an industry group-led challenge to the law. In the short ruling, the Ninth Circuit denied the motion to stay implementation of the companion bill, the Climate Corporate Data Accountability Act.

What Is the Equal Rights Amendment?
Currently, the Constitution does not guarantee that all the rights it protects are held equally by all citizens without regard to sex. With 24 words, the Equal Rights Amendment would change that. It would provide that “[e]quality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State on account of sex.” It would also give Congress the power to enforce that constitutional guarantee by passing legislation.

What Is the Nasdaq Composite Index?
The Nasdaq Composite Index is a market capitalization-weighted index of almost all the stocks listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange. It is a broad index that is heavily weighted toward the important information technology sector, followed by consumer discretionary and healthcare companies. The index is composed of both domestic and international companies.
