R. Lee Discher Joins Winston & Strawn in Chicago

Winston & Strawn recently announced that Lee Discher has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Transactions Department and as a member of the Finance Practice. Lee represents corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors and borrowers in complex business transactions, with a particular focus on debt finance.

"I'm excited to join Winston at a time when the firm is investing in and recognizing the importance of building out its sponsor finance practice to best-in-class," Lee told Law360. "Leveraging my borrower-side finance experience, I aim to deepen the firm's bench and drive meaningful synergies across practices to better serve the firm's corporate and private equity clients."
