Samuel has experience in all stages of district court litigation, including claim construction, fact and expert discovery, summary judgment, and trial. He also has experience with pre-suit diligence and inter partes review proceedings.

- Halliburton v. U.S. Well Services (W.D. Tex.) – represented USWS in patent infringement case against Halliburton involving hydraulic fracturing technology. Settled for favorable terms to USWS.
- Flypsi, Inc. d/b/a Flyp v. Google LLC (W.D. Tex.) – represented Flyp in patent infringement case against Google involving mobile device technology. Jury awarded Flyp $12M for Google’s infringement.
