Konstantinos Adamos is a financial services regulatory lawyer focusing on FinTech and digital assets. He advises on complex regulatory matters, domestic and cross-border expansion, governance, regulatory licensing & regulatory engagement, as well as product launch and structuring.

His main focus is translating technical requirements into actionable business-oriented advice that enables his clients to easily navigate the regulatory landscape and achieve their business objectives.

Konstantinos is an experienced financial services and digital assets lawyer with senior leadership experience across both the public and private sectors.

He regularly advises on regulatory perimeter analysis (including UK FSMA, RAO and Money Laundering Regulations), regulatory authorisations under MiFID, MiCA and the UAE VARA framework (including VASP licensing), and complex change-in-control and variation-of-permissions applications. His practice spans FCA Handbook and VARA Rulebook compliance, MiFID conduct of business and organisational requirements, electronic money and payment services (including extensive experience on stablecoins), and AIFMD. He engages regularly with leading regulators and policymakers across the UK, EU and UAE, and is known for his pragmatic, commercially focused and solution-oriented approach to navigating complex cross-border regulatory change.

Prior to joining the firm, Konstantinos was Group Head of Legal global FinTech company, Revolut.

Konstantinos received his LLB from Cardiff University in 2014, LLM from University of Westminster in 2015 and is currently working towards a PhD at Gent University.
