Will's practice is focused on debt finance, tax equity structuring, bond transactions, and private placements for renewable energy, stadiums, roads, airports, and other projects at various stages.

  • Represented lenders in a multi-billion-dollar financing of an energy transmission and generation project spanning several U.S. states involving a construction loan, term loan, back-leverage, and tax equity facilities.
  • Represented sponsor in term conversion and final funding of solar projects with debt and tax equity financing involving domestic and international sponsor and lenders.
  • Provided tax research/consultation regarding federal tax credits.
