Associate
Jack is a litigation associate in the firm’s D.C. office who focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, including patent and trade secret disputes.
While at Winston, Jack has gained significant federal litigation experience, including three patent infringement jury trials in federal court. Jack draws on his prior engineering experience and his degree in electrical engineering to represent both patent owners and accused infringers on intellectual property matters that cover a wide variety of technologies. Prior to joining the firm, Jack clerked for the Honorable Todd Hughes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. While clerking, Jack amassed invaluable experience in a wide variety of civil matters, including patent litigation, government contract disputes, and international trade matters.
Jack received his J.D., with Honors, from the University of Texas school of Law in 2023, where he was an associate editor for the Texas Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 2018.
