Rachel assists teams in many phases of the litigation life cycle, including removal of cases to federal courts, motions to dismiss, motions to lift litigation stays, discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and Daubert motions, and has achieved a full dismissal with prejudice for a fraud case.

Rachel focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and antitrust. She litigates in both California state court and federal court. 

Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial intern at both federal and state courts. She was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras in the Northern District of Illinois, where she drafted orders relating to matters within civil litigation. She was also a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Steven K. Austin in Contra Costa Superior Court, where she conducted legal research, wrote rulings and memoranda, and assisted the judge in motion hearings. Prior to law school, Rachel worked as a litigation paralegal in boutique firms specializing in products liability. 

Rachel is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Rachel received her J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School in 2020, where she was the Director of Social and Wellness Programming for Law Women’s Caucus and an Events Coordinator for the California Law Students Association. She received her B.A. with honors in Business Economics and Psychology from The University of California, Santa Barbara in 2011.
