Andrew is experienced in intellectual property, complex commercial, criminal RICO and environmental crimes litigation. Before joining the firm, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. David Counts, III of the Western District of Texas where he assisted on thirteen jury trials. Before clerkship, he practiced at a boutique intellectual property firm defending international clients on patent, trademark, and copyright infringement disputes, as well as trade secrets and unfair competition claims.
