Associate
Yarden is an experienced litigator focusing her practice on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. She has experience representing clients across diverse industries, including global technology, financial services, medical devices, gaming, and telecommunications. Yarden has argued in state and federal courts and led teams through all phases of litigation, earning a reputation for preparation, judgment, and composure in high-pressure environments
Her intellectual property work spans cutting-edge technologies such as beamforming, mobile banking, image recognition, and remote desktop protocols. She also has experience advising leading global technology companies in cross-border intellectual property matters and working on a wide range of complex commercial disputes.
Committed to service, Yarden maintains a robust pro bono practice spanning immigration, Hague Convention, animal-rights, and criminal-justice matters. She also plays an active role in Winston & Strawn’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and continues her long-standing work empowering women in law and technology, including founding a nonprofit organization devoted to mentoring women law students pursuing careers in technology law.
Yarden previously served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Edward J. Davila of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

Yarden received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019, where she received law and technology certification. She was served as the senior article editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, president and founder of the Women in Tech Law, Berkeley Law Chapter, and competing member of the Berkeley Law Trial Advocacy Team. She received her B.A. in political science, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2016.
