Jacqueline is a general litigation associate in Winston & Strawn’s San Francisco office. She has experience in intellectual property and personal injury litigation.

Prior to law school, Jacqueline was a case manager for a personal injury law firm and, under the supervision of an attorney, drafted demand letters and negotiated settlements with insurance companies. Jacqueline also has experience in project management which includes general contractor, commercial interior architecture, and vendor contract negotiations.

During law school, Jacqueline was a law clerk for a high net-worth divorce law firm, where she second-chaired depositions, assisted in writing a trial brief, performed document reviews, and investigated into tax treatments on spousal support in California.
