Andrew has a broad range of experience in complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with an emphasis on large-cap leveraged finance.

Andrew represents leading investment firms and commercial banks on financing transactions, including secured and unsecured debt offerings, exchange and tender offers, bank financings, acquisition-related financings, leveraged buyouts, and bank and bridge loan commitments. He also represents public and privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, Andrew has significant experience representing clients in loan workouts and restructurings, debtor-in-possession financings, rescue financings, and bankruptcy exit financings.

Andrew has practiced in a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, media and communications, food services, gaming, retail, manufacturing, and technology.
