Winston & Strawn’s Finance Practice was a proud sponsor of DealCatalyst’s fourth annual U.S. Private Credit Industry Conference on Direct Lending on May 12-13 at the Omni Nashville Hotel. This conference brought together participants from direct lending funds, BDCs, and their bank funding partners to discuss fundraising strategies, various financing pathways, regulatory developments, and the future outlook of the market.
