Justin serves as a trusted advisor to clients navigating high-value mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Justin advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, and related corporate matters. He represents public and private companies and private equity clients in domestic and cross-border transactions across sectors, including the technology, renewable energy, manufacturing, digital media and entertainment, gaming, music, and information services industries. Throughout each deal, Justin partners with senior leadership on structure and strategy, oversees due diligence, leads drafting and negotiations, and drives transactions to a successful close.

Justin earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a Senior Editor of Stanford Law Review and a Member Editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business and Finance. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 2009.
