Winston & Strawn Expands Chicago Transactions Team with Addition of Partner Justin Gonzales

Chicago – December 2, 2025 – Winston & Strawn LLP announced today that Justin Gonzales has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Transactions Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice.

Justin brings extensive experience advising public and private companies and private equity clients on complex domestic and cross-border corporate matters. He regularly counsels clients on acquisitions, dispositions, investments, joint ventures, and corporate governance issues.

His experience aligns directly with Winston’s core service offerings, including public and private company acquisitions, stock and asset sales, carve-outs, spin-offs, joint ventures, leveraged and managed buyouts, and cross-border transactions.
