Justin Gonzales Joins Winston & Strawn in Chicago

Winston & Strawn recently announced that Justin Gonzales has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Transactions Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice. Justin brings extensive experience advising public and private companies and private equity clients on complex domestic and cross-border corporate matters. He regularly counsels clients on acquisitions, dispositions, investments, joint ventures, and corporate governance issues.
