Kyle combines his computer engineering technical experience with his various judicial work experiences to advise clients on intellectual property litigation and AI counseling matters across a variety of industries.
With a background in computer engineering, Kyle is able to use his technical experience to understand a client’s product and technology. And his computer engineering background and AI counseling practice enables Kyle to effectively leverage AI for clients in litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was a law clerk for the Hon. Roy Payne of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, a judicial intern for the Hon. Alan Albright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and a judicial extern for the Hon. Rebecca Rutherford of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Prior to law school, Kyle assisted an international engineering firm with autonomous vehicle projects for a major automobile manufacturer.

Education
Kyle received his J.D., cum laude, from Texas A&M School of Law in 2023, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Property Law Vol. 9. He earned his B.S. in computer engineering, with a minor in mathematics and certificate in ethical leadership, from Texas A&M University in 2020.
