Winston Receives M&A Deal of The Year Award at the 2025 M&A Advisor Awards

A Winston & Strawn deal team received the M&A Deal of The Year ($50M-$100M) award during the 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards for their representation of Argand Partners in its acquisition of Capezio, a global dancewear brand. This series celebrates legal professionals whose work sets the standard for excellence in dealmaking. This year, honorees were chosen from over 1,000 nominations, showcasing the breadth and quality of talent across the industry.

Winners were announced during a gala held at The New York Athletic Club on November 19, 2025. The ceremony was part of the 2025 Future of Dealmaking Summit.
