Caro has more than 15 years of client service experience and is responsible for identifying and implementing key initiatives for Winston & Strawn’s Latin America Practice. She is a fluent speaker and writer in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Caro is the director of new business for Latin America. She is responsible for developing key initiatives for the Latin America Practice, including developing country and product strategies. In this role, Caro manages efforts to retain and expand relationships with existing clients and new clients. She is also responsible for managing and maintaining Winston’s relationships with local firms in Latin America and the Caribbean. In addition, she oversees the firm’s Foreign Legal Advisors (LL.M.) Program which provides legal and business development training to participating lawyers and strengthens our relationships with local firms and clients in the region.
Caro is a Champion member of the Madison Council for the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, a charitable organization which provides after-school, Saturday and summer youth development programming to young people ages 6 to 18 in underserved neighborhoods of New York City. Additionally, she is an ambassador for AfriKids, a major UK charitable organization supporting children and women in the Upper East Region of Ghana.
