Winston Recognized During LatinFinance’s 2025 Project & Infrastructure Finance Awards

Winston & Strawn was recognized as a legal advisor on the Chile Electricity Lux MPC II A/B Bond, which merited LatinFinance’s 2025 Bond of the Year award. This win was announced during the Project & Infrastructure Finance Awards dinner in New York City on October 2, 2025.

Winston represented Enel Generación Chile S.A. and Enel Green Power Chile S.A. in the sale of receivables by both entities, alongside 24 other Chilean generation companies, to IDB Invest for US$2.4B, followed by a complex securitization

The LatinFinance Project & Infrastructure Finance Awards recognize excellence in the provision of capital to support the development of critical infrastructure in Latin America and the Caribbean across all relevant industry sectors. Winners are selected by LatinFinance’s editorial team following a thorough adjudication process which includes the evaluation of several hundred outstanding submissions by project sponsors, investors, financiers, law firms, and consultancies.
