Jade is an associate at Winston's D.C. office whose practice focuses on sports, antitrust, and government affairs.
Jade has represented a diverse array of clients in the sports industry, including the National Football League Players Association, Relevent Sports Group, professional swimming athletes, and a leading global eSports league.
Jade’s experience encompasses all stages of arbitration and litigation, from conducting legal research and drafting dispositive motions to managing discovery, taking depositions, participating in final arbitration hearings, and negotiating settlements. She also advises clients on both litigation and corporate matters involving U.S. territories and maritime entities.
In addition to her commercial practice, Jade is committed to pro bono work, having successfully advocated for clients in plaintiff-side animal rights litigation and local housing rights cases.

Jade received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2022, where she was president of the Student Bar Association and received the Dean’s Achievement Award for the Highest Achievement in the Graduating J.D. Class of 2022. She received her B.A. in media studies with a minor in government from the University of Virginia in 2019.
