Winston Advising Dawn Foods in its Sale to Puratos

A Winston team led by Peter Clarke and John Secaras is representing Dawn Foods in connection with its definitive agreement to be acquired by Puratos.

Headquartered in Jackson, Michigan, and family owned since 1920, Dawn Foods is a global bakery manufacturer and ingredients supplier that has established itself as the premier bakery service provider and partners with bakers, foodservice leaders and manufacturers located in more than 100 countries. Headquartered in Belgium, Puratos is a family-owned maker of ingredients and services for the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors. The deal is scheduled to close by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
