Milcah focuses her practice on healthcare, antitrust, and sports matters.

Milcah is a litigation associate in Winston’s New York office. Her practice focuses on healthcare investigations as well as antitrust and sports litigation. Her pro bono experience includes Section 1983 civil rights litigation and environmental matters. Milcah was part of the trial team that recently secured $1.125M in damages against three New York Police Department officers for false arrest and denial of a fair trial based on fabrication of evidence.

Prior to joining the firm, Milcah was a judicial intern to the Honorable Randolph D. Moss of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and a Summer Litigation Fellow at Georgetown’s Civil Litigation Clinic. Before law school, Milcah worked in healthcare, as an educator, and at a legal nonprofit.

  • Relevent Sports v. U.S. Soccer Federation and FIFA – Represents soccer promoter Relevent Sports in a federal antitrust lawsuit seeking to enjoin the U.S. Soccer Federation and FIFA from continuing to block official season international soccer matches from being played in the United States.

Milcah received her B.A. in environmental science, with a minor in public health, from Boston University in 2014. In 2022, she received her MPH from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was senior editor on the Journal of Law & Modern Critical Race Perspectives.
