Carrie specialises in high-value, multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution, with her practice focusing on commercial litigation and investigations. She routinely advises clients on complex commercial disputes and related regulatory matters impacting a wide range of sectors, including financial services, technology, and telecommunications.

Carrie is admitted to practice in England and Wales, where she has represented clients before the High Court, the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and the Court of Appeal. She has experience advising on all aspects of proceedings, from the outset of claims through to their resolution.

Carrie has a particular interest in matters which have a regulatory focus. She has previously acted for clients in the context of high-profile regulatory investigations involving the Competition and Markets Authority and the Pensions Regulator, as well as highly technical internal investigations.
