Through a joint venture with AustralianSuper, one of the world's largest pension funds, Stream Realty Partners has ushered in a new era for this iconic mixed-use development, comprising four buildings. Stream's Value Preservation Advisors (VPA) team will oversee asset management, leasing, property management, and construction management for the campus.
