Winston & Strawn LLP represented Stellex Capital Management, a private equity firm that invests in middle-market companies in North America and Europe, in its acquisition of Go To Logistics from HCI Equity Partners. Headquartered outside of Chicago, Illinois, Go To Logistics is a transportation and logistics service provider focused on the freight consolidation and LTL (less-than-truckload) market. Go To provides services ranging from expedited and guaranteed service to warehoused consolidation, primarily from Chicago to the Northeast and West Coast as well as the Southwest.
