Ashley has experience litigating complex commercial matters in both state and federal courts. She is a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate government investigations and complex business disputes in a variety of industries. She also works directly with clients to strategize legal solutions that align with their business objectives and principles.
Ashley focuses her practice on helping clients navigate the nuances of government investigations and complex business disputes. Her experience spans several industries including entertainment, restaurants, technology, sports, financial services, energy, and healthcare. She also has experience handling various types of disputes, including those involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, employment matters including non-competes and non-solicitation agreements, False Claims Act investigations, and class action defense.
She is experienced in the phases of litigation, including strategy development, briefing motions, managing all aspects of discovery, including defending and taking depositions, and preparing cases and witnesses for hearings. She has been an integral part of teams who have successfully defended a client against False Claims Act violations and secured full-defense summary judgment in a complex trade secret and other business torts dispute. Ashley is also a sought-out advisor on the ever-changing landscape of FTC guidance and regulations and assists clients with enhancing their processes and procedures to maintain compliance.
She participated in a secondment at the Dallas District Attorney’s Office, where she gained valuable trial experience and advocated for victims seeking justice.
While attending law school, Ashley worked as a full-time high school English teacher. During law school, she also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Tina Yoo Clinton in the Dallas County Criminal Courts, the Honorable Eric V. Moyé in the Dallas County Civil Courts, and Justice Eva Guzman of the Supreme Court of Texas. Additionally, she served as an extern for the UNT System Office of the General Counsel in Dallas. Ashley was also a judicial clerk to the Honorable Sam A. Lindsay in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Ashley received her J.D., magna cum laude, from UNT Dallas College of Law in 2018, where she was the Editor-in-Chief and Staff Reporter for Accessible Law – Law Review. She received her M.B.A from Delta State University in 2012. Ashley received her B.B.A., with honors, from the University of North Texas in 2009.
