Erin understands the importance of finding a solution that satisfies both borrower and lender, and she aims to achieve a result that helps establish a valuable long-term relationship between the parties.

Erin is an experienced attorney in Winston & Strawn’s Houston office and focuses her practice on commercial lending and financial transactions. She represents public and private borrowers, private equity sponsors, commercial banks, and alternative lenders in a wide variety of complex financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, mezzanine facilities, subscription lines of credit, restructurings, reserve-based loans, and asset-based loans. Erin represents clients in a broad range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, and technology.

  • Represented a sponsor-backed oil and gas company in a $650 million secured reserve-based revolving credit facility.
  • Represented an upstream E&P company in a $600 million secured reserve-based revolving credit facility.
  • Represented a publicly traded oil and gas company in a $600 million secured reserve-based revolving credit facility and a $200 million secured second lien term loan and note purchase agreement.
  • Represented an upstream E&P company in a $250 million secured reserve-based term loan.
  • Represented an alternative lender in a $250 million secured holdco delayed draw term loan to a Permian-focused upstream E&P company.
  • Represented a multinational bank in a $150 million secured reserve-based revolving credit facility to an oil and gas company.

Erin received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law, received the Law and Business Certificate, and was a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient. She earned her B.B.A., magna cum laude, within the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core Honors Program from Baylor University and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
