Winston Partners Selected to Serve on Law360 2018 Editorial Advisory Boards

Winston & Strawn Partners Suzanne Jaffe Bloom, Jennifer Golinveaux, David Greenspan, and Ricardo Ugarte have been selected to serve on Law360’s 2018 editorial advisory boards. With respect to their individual areas, advisory board members provide Law360 feedback on the publication’s coverage, as well as professional insight on how best to shape future reporting.
White Collar, Regulatory Defense & Investigations Partner Suzanne Jaffe Bloom was selected to serve on the white collar editorial advisory board. Suzanne represents public and private companies, special board committees, financial institutions, investment firms, corporate executives, and other individuals in all aspects of white collar criminal and regulatory matters, complex commercial litigation, and government and internal investigations.
Jennifer was selected to serve on the media and entertainment advisory board. Vice Chair of the firm’s Technology, Digital Media, and Entertainment practice, she has represented a number of leading Internet service providers and technology companies in cutting edge copyright and trademark cases.
For the second year in a row, Melanie has been selected for the bankruptcy advisory board. Melanie is chair of Winston’s Bankruptcy Litigation practice and is well known for litigating contract and business disputes. She regularly serves as a trusted advisor to companies who find themselves facing “bet-the-company” litigation risks or financial distress.
David was selected to serve on the sports advisory board. Chair of the firm’s college sports sub-practice, he is an accomplished antitrust, sports, and commercial litigator. He has represented clients in complex commercial disputes at both the trial and appellate court levels, as well as before arbitration panels and government agencies.
Selected for the international arbitration editorial advisory board, Ricardo serves as chair of Winston’s International Arbitration practice. He advises a wide variety of clients, including oil and energy companies, financial institutions, telecoms, pharmaceutical companies, construction companies, and manufacturers in a broad range of international disputes.
