Winston & Strawn’s Antitrust Work Shortlisted for GCR Awards 2023

We are pleased to announce that Winston’s antitrust/competition work has been shortlisted for three Global Competition Review 2023 Awards.

The 13th Annual Global Competition Review Awards honors the world’s leading antitrust lawyers, economists, enforcers, and academics, as well as the biggest cases from 2022. Winston earned nominations for the following matters:

• Continental v. Avanci - Litigation of the year – Non-cartel defense
• U.S. v. DaVita - Behavioral matter of the year – Americas and matter of the year
• U.S. v. Penn, et al. (Broiler Chicken Acquittals) - Behavioral matter of the year – Americas and matter of the year

Voting is open until February 6, and winners will be announced on March 28 at an award ceremony in Washington, D.C.
