Olga focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes and international arbitration. She has extensive experience assisting clients across industries through all aspects of litigation and the international dispute resolution process, including discovery, written pleadings, and merit hearings. She is particularly experienced in international commercial arbitration under ICC, ICDR, AAA, and UNCITRAL rules.  In addition to her international matters, Olga has experience defending class actions, product liability cases, and antitrust lawsuits.

Olga is also active in the firm’s pro bono program, focusing her practice on immigration issues. In 2020, she served as the Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow with the National Immigrant Justice Center, where she represented individuals seeking asylum.

Before joining the firm, Olga served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a consultant at Deloitte, advising Fortune 500 companies on talent strategy, change management, and organizational design.

Education

Olga received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2020, where she was a staff editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. She received a B.A. in Communication Studies and a B.A. in Legal Studies from Northwestern University in 2015.

Olga is fluent in Russian and has limited working proficiency in Spanish.
