The Company priced 10,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market and began trading under the ticker symbol “RFAMU” on February 13, 2026. Each unit consists of one ordinary share, par value $0.0001 per share, and one right to receive one-tenth of one ordinary share.
