Winston & Strawn represented Minto Latitude HH, LLC, an affiliate of Minto Communities, LLC, a real estate company that develops and constructs master-planned residential communities in the United States, in connection with its acquisition of 2,231 acres of land located in Hardeeville, South Carolina. Minto Latitude HH, LLC intends to develop the property as an additional phase of its existing Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head community.

Winston represented TZP Group (TZP), a private equity firm, in its acquisition of Head Rush Holdings (Head Rush), a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of devices across three main product categories - climbing, zipping, and jumping - as well as a provider of recurring service offerings. The partnership will look to expand Head Rush’s growth through new product introductions, international expansion, and entry into new end markets, leveraging TZP's prior experience in out-of-home entertainment, performance-oriented products, and tech-enabled service businesses.

Investcorp Credit Management Issues US$406.9M CLO
Winston & Strawn LLP represented Investcorp Credit Management in its return to the United States new issue CLO market with its first new issue deal since March 2020. Credit Suisse arranged the US$406.9M deal, which is named Jamestown CLO XVI. The US CLO launch is the first since former Libremax CLO head David Moffitt joined Investcorp to lead Investcorp’s U.S. credit business. Jamestown XVI has a two-year non-call period and a five-year reinvestment period.
