Boral Capital LLC and Craft Capital Management LLC in connection with the US$15M initial public offering of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of Robot Consulting Co., Ltd. The offering consisted of 3,750,000 ADSs priced at $4.00 per ADS, and the company’s ADSs began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “LAWR” on July 17, 2025.

Proceeds from the offering were used to partially pay down existing ABL borrowings. KeHE Distributors, LLC is a leading pure-play natural and organic, specialty and fresh products food distributor in North America.

UK’s Digital Assets Regulatory Framework Takes Shape
The close of 2025 underscored the relentless momentum of the digital asset industry, showing no signs of slowing down. In December, the UK government and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) unveiled several draft measures and consultation papers that could significantly shape the future of the sector. Specifically, on 15 December 2025, HM Treasury (HMT) released a revised draft of The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Cryptoassets) Order 2025, and on 16 December 2025, the FCA published three Consultation Papers on cryptoasset regulation: (1) CP25/40 Regulating Crypto Activities, (2) CP25/41 Regulating Cryptoassets: Admissions & Disclosures and Market Abuse Regime for Cryptoassets, and (3) CP25/42 A Prudential Regime for Cryptoasset Firms. Furthermore, on 8 January 2026, the FCA outlined details of its upcoming ‘gateway’, the application process for firms seeking to conduct newly regulated cryptoasset activities under the UK’s forthcoming regime.

Trans fats are ingredients found in food, which can be artificial or naturally occurring. Meat and milk products may contain naturally occurring trans fats. Artificial trans fat is made by adding hydrogen to vegetable oil. The liquid then becomes a solid at room temperature. Research has shown that eating trans fats can be linked to cardiovascular disease. In 2015, the FDA determined that the primary source of artificial trans fats, partially hydrogenated oils (PHOs), are not generally regarded as safe (GRAS). PHOs are in many processed foods.

What Does “No Sugar Added” Mean?
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set guidelines regarding the meaning of no sugar added. The FDA provides specific labeling requirements for the nutrient content of foods and claims about those foods. According to the FDA, when manufacturers claim a food has “no added sugars,” it cannot be processed with any sugar or sugar-containing ingredients, though it can have sugar alcohol or artificial sweeteners. Products without added sugar can contain naturally occurring sugar.
