(OTCQB: DNQAF), a special purpose acquisition company, in the closing of its previously announced business combination with Semnur Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a clinical late-stage specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel non-opioid pain therapies and a majority-owned subsidiary of Scilex Holding Company (Nasdaq: SCLX).

Morgan and Raymond James, as joint book-running managers, in connection with the registered public offering of $1.5 billion of Senior Notes by Raymond James Financial, Inc. comprised of $650 million of its 4.900% Senior Notes due 2035, and $850 million of its 5.650% Senior Notes due 2055.
