Winston & Strawn LLP represented Atlantic Sustainable Catch (ASC), a leader in the seafood industry, in its acquisition of the marketing and processing divisions of Atlantic Capes Fisheries (ACF), a fully integrated sustainable seafood company with operations throughout North America. This transaction marks ASC's fourth acquisition, serving as a key foundation to strengthen product offerings and continue development on a national scale. ASC is a portfolio company of ACON Investments, LLC (ACON), an international private equity firm headquartered in Washington D.C., investing in North America, Latin America, and Europe.
