Winston & Strawn LLP Paris advised the Compagnie Européenne de Garantie et Caution (CEGC, BPCE Group) financial creditors on the adoption of Réalités’ recovery plan by the Nantes Commercial Court.
In a real estate market that remains under pressure, this Nantes-based developer (with more than €400 million in revenue) has reached a key milestone in its restructuring, involving the reorganization of approximately €450 million in debt and a balance sheet restructuring.
Founded in 2003, Réalités is an integrated real estate development player, active across the entire value chain: project structuring, development, property management, and asset operation. This restructuring marks a new phase of growth for the group, supported by its financial and bond partners and a refocused organization centered on its core business.
