A team led by Justin Levy, Austin Leach, and Ben Popeck is advising GenNx360 Capital Partners in the execution of a definitive agreement to sell its portfolio company, Precision Aviation Group, to VSE Corporation for total upfront consideration of approximately $2.025 billion in cash and equity, with additional earnout consideration tied to 2026 performance. The deal is scheduled to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
