Victoria focuses her practice on representing private investment funds in the formation, organization, capital raising, regulatory compliance, and ongoing operational matters. Victoria also advises clients on small business investment company (SBIC) licensing and regulatory matters.
Victoria has experience in corporate and securities law, including private equity subscriptions, mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions, private securities offerings, corporate governance matters, equity and debt financings, and venture capital transactions.
